My focus is on ensuring that every client receives personalised, person-centred support tailored to their individual needs. I work closely with my team to maintain the highest standards of care so that families have complete peace of mind knowing their loved ones are in safe and caring hands.
Creating a supportive and positive environment is very important to me, both for our clients and our staff. On a personal level, I am friendly, approachable and dedicated to making a real difference in people’s lives. I also love animals and have two dogs who occasionally join me in the office, helping to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
My goal is to build a service that families can truly trust — one that treats every person with respect, compassion and the highest standard of care.

Tracy Storrs is the Nominated Individual and General Manager for Prime Care & Domestic Services Ltd and brings over 23 years of experience within the organisation. Tracy has been a dedicated and valued member of the team throughout this time and has developed extensive knowledge of the domiciliary care sector, service delivery, and regulatory requirements.
Tracy holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care, demonstrating her commitment to high standards of care, strong leadership, and continuous professional development.
Throughout her career, Tracy has played a key role in the day-to-day management and operational oversight of the service, ensuring that care and support are delivered safely, effectively and in line with CQC Fundamental Standards. She works closely with the Registered Manager, staff team, service users, families and external professionals to maintain high-quality, person-centred care.
With her long-standing experience within the company, Tracy has built strong relationships with staff, service users and partner organisations, helping to maintain continuity, stability and a compassionate approach to care delivery.
In her role as Nominated Individual, Tracy is responsible for overseeing the organisation’s compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring robust governance systems are in place, and supporting the service to continually improve in line with CQC expectations and best practice.
In her spare time, Tracy enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, as well as keeping active by going to the gym, helping her maintain a healthy work–life balance.
